Before you start
There are a few things that you will need to help you
do your Yoga practice. Also, there are a few things that you should know
to help you approach the postures so that for each pose you attempt, however
little or much you can do, you will always be trying the right way. Thereby
you will always be receiving one hundred percent of the medical benefit,
no matter what your physical or mental condition.
1. Large Bottle of Water.
2. Large Towel.
3. A Yoga Mat if you have one.
4. A change of Clothes.
5. An extra towel for a shower.

You can wear just about anything you like
as long as it fits tightly to your body. The important thing is that
the clothes you wear do not bind when you do the postures, and you can
see the position of all your body parts as you observe yourself in the
mirror.

Make it Hot. We heat the area where you
do your yoga. You should sweat a lot when you do your Hatha Yoga.
Expect to be a little sore after class, it is very
important to come right back the next day to
receive maximum benefits.
This might feel a little wierd at first, but you can learn to expect it, breathe and enjoy the rush of fresh oxyget to the body. You're just not used to feeling this good as a beginner .
