| The
importance of maintaining a proper yoga practice. I cannot emphisize the importance of a daily practice. Even if you are a total beginner or novice yogi, the 31 day yoga challenge can focus your practice and give realistic goals for your yoga practice. If you give the body the yoga that it craves, it will repay you and be there for you again, and again, and again.

State Three: You are now performing ninety percent of the poses ninety percent correctly. Still you should not feel complacent about doing your Yoga. Doing this Hatha Yoga class every day is like everything that you do in life that is good to maintain your life. You brush your teeth every day until the day you die because you know it is good for your health and it makes your mouth feel better. You do certain things every day of your life because they are good for you. And you don't plan to give up doing those things because of the daily benefit you receive. Your body is telling you better than your mind that this Yoga practice is good for your. So listen to your body and give it the Yoga exercise that it craves each day! Work Trade Available
