- Please arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of class
- Don't eat 2-3 hours before class and drink water before class
- Bring a positive attitude and be prepared to sweat & have a great time
What to do before
1)Sign up online2)Purchase a package online or at the studio.
3)Print a release form, fill it out and bring it with you on your first day.
What to wear
Wear something you are comfortable sweating in, light, workout clothes.
Bare feet, no need shoes or socks.
Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy t-shirts, as we heat the room.
What to bring
Large towel, yoga mat and large bottle of water.

Experienced students in front & new students in the middle or back.
Find a spot where you can see your body in the mirror.
Seeing Stars
It is normal to feel dizzy during class.
Blood circulation and pressure changes rapidly this may cause dizziness.
You will learn to love this euphoric feeling of stretching tight muscles.
It’s a 90 minute massage.
Heat = Perspiration = Detoxification
The yoga room is filled with fresh warm air to warm your muscles and increase your blood circulation.

Arriving late is not recommended.
We will not allow new students into class late (it's for your own safety).

You may be a little sore or stiff after class.
Muscles need hydration to recover so drink plenty of water.Yoga etiquette
Turn off cell phones and pagers and leave them in the lobby area or changing room.
Please be fragrance {perfume or cologne} free.
No gum or food items are allowed in the yoga room.
Do your best to stay in the room for the entire class.
If you must leave, please do so between postures.
It's a silent class, observe the silence after the final savasana.
Focus on only yourself in the mirror, practice stillness between posture.
