Bring a positive
attitude and be prepared to sweat & have a great time.
Please arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of class.
Don't eat 2-3 hours before class and drink water before class.
what do I wear
Wear something you are comfortable sweating
in, light, workout clothes.
Bare feet, no need shoes or socks.
Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy t-shirts, as we heat the room.

where do I go in the room
Experienced students in front & new students
in the middle or back.
Find a spot where you can see your body in the mirror.
yoga etiquette
Turn off cell phones and pagers and leave
them in the lobby area.
Please be fragrance {perfume or cologne} free.
No gum or food items are allowed in the yoga room.
Do your best to stay in the room for the entire class.
If you must leave, please do so between postures.
It's a silent class, observe the silence after the final savasana.
Focus on only yourself in the mirror, practice stillness between posture.
