Welcome to Hot Yoga Naperville

Since 2003 we have been offering hot yoga to the Naperville area. We offer a variety of Bikram Certified instructors at a wide range of times from 5 in the morning all the way to 8:15 at night. Take a break from your busy and stressful life and do something nice for yourself.

Where to park

There is free parking available to all Hot Yoga Naperville customers. You can park in the main lot adjacent to the studio, in the Walgreens parking lot or on the East Side of Main Street South of the studio or in the City Hall lot after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
